Specializing in Laser Therapy and Massage Healing for Bend Oregon

Paula is a 25 year Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist and a retired NASM Personal Trainer and competitive athlete.  She continues to stay current and maintain her State LMT licensure with continuing education in both massage and laser therapy. By combining specific massage techniques, modalities and laser, treatments are focused to quickly reduce your pain, inflammation and increase range of motion .

If you have an injury, arthritis, or just soreness that won't go away, massage and laser therapy can help.

Laser Therapy Healing

Laser Therapy is about healing. It's not about masking or covering up a condition. When you feel better from this therapy... it's because you are better. Results have been found to be quite long lasting and follow up treatments can be scheduled as needed.

Laser Therapy is especially effective when combined or used in conjunction with other soft tissue treatments. With knowledge and experience of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, a licensed massage therapist can combine laser and massage modalities. Studies* are showing the increased benefits of laser therapy when combined with other soft tissue modalities such as massage, exercise, acupuncture, chiropractic, physical and occupational therapies.
